This Privacy Policy explains what information DuelGP collects when you use the Services, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and words defined there have the same meaning here.
By creating an account or using DuelGP you agree to us handling your information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, do not use DuelGP.
We may update this policy at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and continuing to use DuelGP after a change means you accept the updated policy.
When you sign up we collect your email address, username and password. Passwords are stored only in hashed form, so we can never see them.
If you sign in with Google, we receive the email address on your Google account. If you link Discord, we receive your Discord account ID.
To process deposits and withdrawals we collect the details each method needs, such as crypto wallet addresses, in-game names for gold trades, and bank or payment account details.
We collect anything else you send us, including chat messages, tips, support tickets, bug reports and any verification documents we ask for.
We record your activity on DuelGP, including every bet, game result, deposit, withdrawal, tip, bonus and reward.
We collect technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit.
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your account. We also use Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies, to understand how the site is used.
When something goes wrong on the site, we collect error reports to help us find and fix the problem.
We use your information to:
To find alt accounts and stop fraud, we compare information across accounts, including IP addresses, devices, payment methods, crypto wallets, game accounts and betting patterns.
We may monitor and review chat messages, tips and support conversations to enforce our Terms of Service and keep players safe.
Your username and profile, including your level, are visible to other players.
Chat is public. Anything you post there can be seen by everyone, so do not share personal information in it.
Your bets and wins can appear with your username in public feeds, race leaderboards and raffle results.
You can hide your wins and tips from other players in your profile settings.
We keep detailed logs of all user activity for about two months, for fraud detection and to improve the service.
We keep your account, bet and transaction records for as long as your account is open, and afterwards for as long as we need them to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce our terms and meet legal obligations.
We keep information about banned accounts so that we can stop banned players from returning.
You can view your account details and change your settings in your profile, including hiding your wins and tips, blocking other players and turning on two-factor authentication.
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by contacting support by opening a ticket on our Discord server (discord.gg/duelgp).
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Even after you ask us to delete your information, we may keep what we need to prevent fraud, settle a balance or dispute, enforce our terms or meet legal obligations.
You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings. The cookies that keep you signed in are needed for DuelGP to work.
We protect your information with measures such as encrypted connections, hashed passwords and sign-in cookies that scripts on the page cannot read.
No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of your information and are not liable for unauthorised access outside our reasonable control.
If a security breach affects your information, we will tell you.
Keep your login details private and turn on two-factor authentication. DuelGP staff will never ask for your password or two-factor codes.

If we learn that someone under 18 has an account, we will close it and delete their information unless we need to keep it for legal reasons.
